1. Promoter

This competition is organised by Keltek Brewery (“Promoter”), Candela House, Cardrew

Way, Redruth, Cornwall, TR15 1SS, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Only one entry per person and per email address is permitted.

Employees of the Promoter, its agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and eligibility.

3. How to enter

To enter the competition, participants must complete the entry form on the promotion landing

page by submitting their name, email address, and postal address during the competition

period.

No purchase is necessary to enter the competition or to win the main prizes.

4. Competition period

The competition opens on 2 April 2026. and closes at 23:59 on 5 June 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

5. Prize(s)

There are two (2) main prizes available:

- 2 × TCL 55" DLED Smart TVs (one per winner)

In addition:

- The first 250 valid entrants will be eligible to receive one Keltek mini football with their next online order placed directly with Keltek Brewery, while stocks last.

A purchase is required to receive the mini football. The mini football will be included with the entrant’s next order and will not be sent separately.

The design and specification of the mini football may vary.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

There is no obligation to place an order, and doing so will not affect the entrant’s chances of

winning a main prize.

6. Bonus entries

After entering, participants may be offered the opportunity to gain additional entries by completing optional actions (such as following Keltek Brewery on social media or sharing the

competition).

The number of additional entries per action will be stated on the entry page.

The Promoter reserves the right to limit the total number of entries per person.

7. Winner selection

This is a prize draw.

Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries within 1 working day of the closing date.

Each entrant’s chance of winning will be proportional to the total number of valid entries they have accumulated.

The draw will be conducted using a computerised random process or by an independent person.

Mini footballs will be allocated to the first 250 valid entries received.

8. Winner notification

Winners will be contacted via email within 1 working day of the draw.

Winners must respond within 5 days of notification to claim their prize.

If a winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Prize fulfilment

Main prizes will be delivered within 14 days of confirmation of acceptance.

Mini footballs will be dispatched with the entrant’s next online order placed with Keltek Brewery, rather than separately.

10. Verification and disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants and disqualify any individual who:

- tampers with the entry process

- submits multiple entries using different email addresses

- uses automated or bulk entry methods

- breaches these Terms and Conditions

The Promoter’s decision is final.

11. Publicity

The Promoter may publish the first name and county of the winners.

Winners may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.

All publicity will comply with applicable data protection laws.

12. Data protection

Personal data will be processed for the purposes of administering the competition and fulfilling prizes.

Where consent is given, data may also be used for marketing communications.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of a prize, except where caused by negligence.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights.

14. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
